FEBRUARY 25TH DINNER & VIRTUAL EVENT

Chefs to the Rescue! is our virtual winter fundraiser and pop-up event to support local restaurants, purveyors, small businesses and The Salvation Army Napa Valley Culinary Training Academy. The evening will feature a live cooking demo, a concert by Grammy-award winning singer/songwriter Zach Williams, and much more!

While the event is free, there are many ways to show your support! See all your options below.

Take the Night Off from Cooking!

Dinner pick-up times are between 3PM - 5PM.

The students at the Napa Valley Culinary Training Academy, along with Chefs Paul Fields and Erik Magnani, will prepare a gourmet three-course meal for pick-up on February 25th at the CIA at COPIA in Napa, or the Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena. Just heat and eat and enjoy our evening together!

Support This Program and Our Most Vulnerable Members of the Napa Community!

The Napa Valley Culinary Training Academy, now in its 10th consecutive class, includes up to two years of housing for graduates, ensuring stable addiction recovery and job growth.  Integral to the Training Academy is daily meal preparation and service of over 600 meals per week, by students, to Napa community members in need. Since March 2020, in response to Covid-19 and the LNU/Glass Mountain fires, the Culinary Academy students have prepared and distributed over 100,000 meals to Napa residents and frontline workers. These Salvation Army students are our community heroes!  These chefs truly have come to the rescue!

100% of the proceeds of Chefs to the Rescue! will go the the Napa Salvation Army Culinary Training Academy
